Rio Olympics 2016

Anyone else watching the Rio Olympics?
I have been following them for a week and there has been lots of drama so far.
Nice to see Great Britain second in the medals table with 19 gold medals so far
Great Britain won 29 gold medals in London 2012, whether they better that here or not is another matter.

Its been one of the better Olympic games despite that zika virus what is in Brazil at this time and the advice for women to stay away.
Well done to the personnel in Rio for putting on a spectacle to be proud of.

Laura Trott and Jason Kenny are a couple and between them have won 10 gold medals for Team GB.
Alistair Brownlee and his brother Jonny won the triathlon today.
Great Britain now have 22 gold medals and are still second in the medal table at Rio
The Olympics so far have been really exciting.
Well done to the British and I hope they do stay second.

Finishing above the Chinese who have nearly one and a half billion people is awesome.
Finishing second in the medals table is class.
All done on merit and not like the communist countries from the past when drug tests were not very good.
Apparently nowadays it would be almost impossible to get around these drugs tests.
The Russians tried their best but failed - they were the cheaters this time round and many of them were banned.
If the Russians want to compete then they shouldn't have had a state sponsored drugs cheating campaign.
Stay safe everyone!

I am missing the Olympics not being on the television.
It was one of the better games I have seen and so enjoyable with those medals that came flooding in for Great Britain.
Go ahead punk, make my day!
